ABLO

Ingredients :

370 g of corn starch
700 flour g of hard wheat
42 g of yeast
1/2 bag of baking powder
sweetened salt

Preparation :

*Dilute half of the dose of corn starch in the water and carry to boiling during about 10 minutes Leave to cool completely.
*Add wheat flour and the remainder of corn starch at the end, then mix the yeast in a glass of water and reverse it on the mixture.
*Add salt to the yeast (1/2 bag) and sweeten according to the taste.
*Cover it and leave it to rest for 30 to 60 minutes.
*Make small paper aluminum leather portions and place in the double boiler for approxamately 1-1 ½ hours

ABLO (2nd method)

Ingredients :

2 flour packages of rice (800g)
200 - 300g of corn starch
300g of semoulina
10 teaspoons of sugar
½ spoon of fresh yeast
1 bag of baking powder

ABLO

Ingredients :

370 g de fecule de mais
700 g de farine de blé dur
42 g de levure de bière
1/2 sachet de levure chimique
sucre
sel

Préparation :

*Faire délayer la moitié de la dose de fecule de mais dans de l´eau et porter à ébullition pendant environ 10 minutes
*laisser refroidir complètement
*ajouter la farine de blé et le reste de fecule de mais sur la bouillie, puis malaxer
*faire fondre la levure de bière dans de l´eau et le renverser sur le mélange
*ajouter la levure chimique (1/2 sachet)
*saler et sucrer selon le goût
*couvrir et laisser reposer pendant 30 à 60 minutes
*faire des petites portion en papier aluminium
*cuir au bain-marie selon le temps nécessaire

ABLO (2e possibilite)

2 paquets de farine de riz (800g)
200 - 300g de maizena
300g de Hartweizengriess (semoule de ble dur)
10 cuillers de sucre
½ Hefe (levure de biere fraiche)
1 sachet de Backpulver
sel
