DJENKOUMI & AYIMOLOU

DJENKOUME

Ingredients :

Corn flour or semoulina
Tomato sauce
Onions
Garlic
peppers

Preparation :

*Mix corn flour or semoulina with tomato sauce, onions, garlic, and peppers
*Add tomato sauce to the flour and stir for 3 to 5 minutes
*Cover it and leave it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then stir again and serve with Ebesse Zozo, barbecues, or chicken

AYIMOLOU

Ingredients :

rice
white beans (with black eyes)
salt
water

Preparation :

*Prepare the beans with of salt water
*When the beans become soft, add the rice to it followed by a drop of oil to soften for cooking
*Cook for 30 to 45 minutes and serve (with a tomato sauce, with fish or meat)

Ingredients :

Farine de mais ou semoule de blé dur
huile
tomate
oignon
ail
poivre
poivrons

Préparation :

*Faire la sauce de tomate
*ajouter la farine et remuer pendant 3 à 5 minutes
*couvrir et laisser à feu doux pendant 2 à 3 minutes
*remuer de nouveau et servir

AYIMOLOU

Ingredients :

Riz
Haricot blanc (aux yeux noirs)
sel

Préparation :

*Préparer l´haricot avec de l´eau salée
*ajouter le riz
*ajouter quelques gouttes d´huile
*faire cuir à feu doux pendant 30 à 45 minutes
*servir (avec une sause de tomate faite avec n´importe quel poisson ou viande)
